  1.     Utilities                                       FILE: FU.HLP 
  2.                                                                               
  3.     Utilities are available from the Main Menu of DBK.   The current 
  4.     list of avaiable functions are: 
  5.                                                                               
  6.     Delete Files - You can use this to get rid of old duffers or files 
  7.     that   you now longer want.  Be careful because DBK will not confirm 
  8.     before the  delete!             
  9.                                     
  10.     Condense Printer - DBK will send control code 15 to either printer 
  11.     so that the dot matrix output is at 132 columns.  If you have a wide 
  12.     carriage or a printer with front panel controls, you need not use 
  13.     this feature.         
  14.                                                                               
  15.     Establish DIR Drive - If you will be using DBK from a drive other 
  16.     than   A:, you will need to tell it which one.  This needs to be 
  17.     done just once. When in place, DBK will know where to look when you 
  18.     request a listing of  all golfers on disk. 
  19.                                                                               
  20.     Combine/Split/Archive - This is a facility to handle files when 
  21.     needing to divide or splice.  End of period archiving is also done 
  22.     here.
